Cedric’s reputation soon caught the attention of Carrier Global, which offered him an exciting challenge: to build a Revenue Operations department from the ground up. This opportunity was tailor-made for Cedric, who thrived on new ventures. With vision and strategy, he transformed the department into a powerhouse, driving revenue from $615 million to $1.2 billion in just three years. Upon retiring from his corporate career, Cedric wasn’t ready to stop. He poured his energy into founding the Peak Performance Leadership Institute, a company dedicated to helping others realize their fullest potential.
