Cedric’s lifelong goals have been to motivate, coach, educate, and energize others in all facets of life. Cedric has earned his Ph.D. in Entrepreneurship & Business Administration from T.I.U.A. School of Business, his MBA from the University of Central Florida, and his BS from the University of Florida. For over 24+ years, Cedric has traveled and worked with individuals to assist with amplifying their communication, marketing, and confidence in Brazil, Colombia, South America, and throughout the United States.
Cedric is passionate about serving others and empowering them to learn the leadership and sales strategies they need to not do average no matter what the industry does. He will leave the audience with evidence that great results never emerge from average.

Cedric Singleton recently received the Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award from President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris. Singleton was recognized for his excellence in leadership and dedicating over 10,000 hours of service to his community over the past 23 years.
Singleton reflected on this honor shortly after the awards ceremony: "It is not possible for me to show my thankfulness for this in words. I'm humbled."
The President's Volunteer Service Award (PVSA) recognizes US citizens who have achieved a certain number of community service hours over the course of a lifetime. The PVSA was established in 2003 to honor individuals whose service positively impacts communities and inspires those around them to take action.
A real estate veteran for seven years, Singleton began his career with Long & Foster as an agent, earned his broker’s license, then expanded into coaching and training both new and seasoned agents. A licensed real estate instructor, his teachings empower agents to provide the best-in-class customer service to their clients and achieve success. He has created several agent training programs including “The Golden Hour,” which are one-on-one training sessions providing an opportunity for agents to learn the latest technology tools and ask questions.
